Obtaining technical support
Technical support is free if you have a current Maintenance and Support Plan and is available during normal office hours. You can contact us by phone or email. For urgent problems, always telephone.
When obtaining telephone support, please be at your PC with FoodWorks running and with all the required information outlined below to hand:
- Did the problem occur immediately after installing an upgrade to FoodWorks?
- What version of FoodWorks you are using: from the Help menu click About FoodWorks.
- The exact error or warning message displayed, if any.
- Are you able to reproduce the problem? If so, please describe the exact set of steps to take to cause the problem to occur.
- A description of exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred. For example, were you saving a new recipe, or entering a food for the diet?
- Are you able to keep using FoodWorks?
